VGS sourced medical writers in the U.S., U.K., and Germany while also transitioning the client’s previous writers into the FSP program to ensure legal compliance. The team provided training and resourcing systems and developed KPIs to measure the program’s success.

The client has seen cost savings of more than 30% compared to their previous talent sourcing model, with volume savings generating an extra 2% in cost reduction. Since 85% of the medical writers work from home, VGS also developed a policy for home working that aligns with the client’s practices. VGS continues to adjust and improve how the FSP can better support the organization’s evolving goals and exceed the client’s expectations.
